2. Booking & Cancellation
Booking
- 24-hour advance booking required
- Full payment at time of booking
- Confirmation email with session details
- Special arrangements for spiritual emergencies
Cancellation
- 48-hour notice for full refund
- 24-hour notice for 50% refund
- No refund for same-day cancellation
- One free rescheduling per booking
